His work includes Roadnet support, strategic growth analytics, transportation management, technology modernization, and value-add distribution design. He places particular emphasis on team structure, talent development, and the performance measures that sustain continuous improvement. Kristy Taddonio is the President and Owner of a family-owned logistics company based in Denver, Colorado. As a Partner and Strategic Advisor at Four Square Group, she helps leaders strengthen strategy, customer relationships, and organizational performance. A fourth-generation executive in her family business, Kristy brings firsthand experience navigating the intersection of family dynamics, ownership, and professional leadership. Her company has been recognized among Colorado’s Top Ten Family-Owned Businesses by ColoradoBiz Magazine. Kristy holds a BA in business from the University of Denver and completed leadership-coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute.
